Please I Need Your Help On This by MXD5050(op): 2:01pm On Apr 04, 2019

My jamb and waec date of birth is 04- 01- 1988. I wrote my last exam August 2018 at the of 30 and my results was approved February this year which am already 31. do I have any hope of going to nysc? Pls help
