you should know that this project was borne out of necessity. Bonny has recorded a number of fire incidents and they are especially gruesome because there is no existing fire station on the island. They depend on shell and other oil companies located miles from the main town. This project will save lives and property and you should commend it. Bonny already has the Bonny vocational center that caters for the ICT and job training needs of young people on the island. Thank you sir!

This is not true. The companies are not Miles away.
Bonny Town is sand witched by SPDC's Bonny Terminal and the NLNG plant. Both companies have always responded to calls from Bonny and Finima Town.
The SPDC Gate is in fact inside Bonny town.
