I'm still working with a company though I have resigned and I gave them a month so that they will get a replacement. I am still within the month I gave. Now, salary for last month has been paid but I am yet receive mine. What can I do? Please I need your advice on this.

I beg move on it has happened to me too, you sud have thought of it before u leave the job, u sud have planed for another source of income before leaving or you work and take the last month salary and leave without telling them cos am sure they won't pay, many Nigerian company does that, jst forget it and move on

Its not like I don't have another source of income but 120k is a lot to forgo just like that

It happened to me years ago. It was a Chinese - owned, fruit milk drink manufacturing company located along iju - ishaga road. After chilling for about two weeks without hearing anything. I just got a lawyer friend to write them on my behalf, sent my brother to deliver it. After a few days, I got a call telling me to come for my cheque . 200k plus no be beans. God punish all cheaters out there.

Exactly, this is the perfect way to handle this situation. This happens because employees are not willing to press for their rights.
Pls hand over their documents and consult a lawyer who is willing to help you without placing money at the forefront of his services.
They will pay you everything

even if you have multiple source of income it does not matter. You have worked for them and you deserve your payment. Just go through the national industrial court and I bet your payment would not wait for more than 5 working days
