Global Network of Trained Leaders is the name of the program. It helps to train leaders and teachers to be better. The major thing about this program that triggers my interest is the networking. I've seen more engineering graduates who are genuinely more interested in teaching now than ever before.
but the difference is that they aren't interested in teaching these same subjects or following this curriculum or system that should have been abolished...they're rather interested in instilling 21st century tech education into kids so they can turn out without regrets.
the change we desire in this country must begin from the roots...and it'll not leave out the basic levels of education.
that a person did teaching practice doesn't make him an effective teacher, especially when you consider where the rest of the world is.
