100% reliable eye witness.

Lateef was hot at 13. What has he done recently? He might still end up as a world class talent but for now, those boys on the team are better.

If he agrees to play for us simply means he has turned down England but let him declare for Nigeria first before we approach him less em take us shine again.

you're using time reply him..... even me that was previously angry on Lateef being dropped just have to let the issue die down....
the only thing we can do now is to support this time and as well reach out to Lateef to exercise a little patience. ..his time will come. if the likes of balogun and ekong even though they're light skinned made it into the Super Eagles...him too will scale through even before he clock 20 if he keeps improving. ..

he should just be patient....We still want him

Until we have a very good league system we will keep on singing the same tune.

ChrisKels:
Dont wanna be a kill joy, buh, I av got to say this, watch this boys next five years after they must have gone through the European coaching system, and u would find it hard to believe they were the same excellence of kids with guile u saw today. Sometimes I wonder if these Europeans deliberately coach out the talents in our kids after they must av shone at the AYCs and WYCs.

That said, dont u guys ever forget that not all these kids would make it professionally. Some will make it while others would fall by the way side. Reality101

Well I am not just trying to make excuses for Manu but the fact that he lost 3 of his regular Defenders days to the kickoff is definitely a factor to consider.

Also world over, U17 sides are typically poor in Defending.
Av been meaning to ask, I hope other continents are also subjected to this incumbent MRI tests, and not just Africans alone? I dont trust North and South Americans, Europe, eastern Europe especially et al. I hope this wasnt initiated for Africans alone oo, otherwise na cheating oo. This boys too young

The boys gave a good account of themselves Leading the home team, and the. came back to win despite falling behind.
My observation From the highlights:

1. I don’t see any issues with the keeper
2. Our forwards are a quite profligate in front of goal, considering the many chances we created.
3. Individual brilliance made the difference for us.

Yes Boss and Father to the nerd. Yes, I concur. Those certainly are factors. In all Manu has been able to raise another fine generation and I hope most of the players go on to big things. But the trend of our cadet amd junior teams hardly producing quality defensive talents continues. I just hope for better defensive response in our next game. The team is really really good and I am not stunned because I know the attack and midfield we parade in this afcon are stronger and deadlier than the ones we paraded at the Uefa assist tournament and Wafu B afcon qualifiers.

scuse me but where is the double standard? akpoguma spoke out of turn nigerians reprimanded him udokhal on the other hand has been respectful

You always talk about players playing in superior leagues so how is dominic playing in the championship better than those playing in the bundesliga
Yes l do in general

And l always talk ALSO about being outstanding and the stand out player in your club and league. Which you failed to mention can l suggest intentionally.

The core subject is not my general proposition with regards to football selection.

But the BLATANT DOUBLE STANDARD BY THE NFF with regards to the Continued Consistent Invitations overtures given too German Nigerians Tournigha, Udokhai and Akpoguma. Players who have Consistently rejected these request publicly and on various media platforms. But we have still relentlessly pursued them.

On the other hand there has been continous consistent vitriolic caustic abusive rhetoric directed towards Tega Abrahams. on this forum by so many, that's the first double standard.

Dominic Iorfa has been CONSISTENTLY CONTINOUS IN HIS POSITION, l will play for Nigeria at 23. He breached that earlier position and committed to Nigeria at 21 when he finished with England U21 and had secured a long term contract. Where us the dishonourable act herehuhhuh I even remember Rohr visited him and then after that. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

However we continue to pursue the Germans Nigerian players, without relentlessly with no restraint.

Dominic Iorfa played for England youth teams so did the German boys Dominic had been playing first team football a lot sooner than all.of them.

This is the second shameless double standard.

Keep your response in context please so we can iron out the issues without sentiment or evasion.
