Nigeria is a failed "shithole" country huh

Ordinary international passport material is not available for weeks because its been imported. No Reorder level? Finished completely b4 ordering for more. Wow! Its a catastrophe befalling a nation called Nigeria. Col Alli needs to explain this shameful failure.
