My sis(who is my petitioner)and I called them yesterday to confirm about my case which was filled in 2013,after about an hour of been put on hold a lady picked up the call. After so much security questions , the lady we spoke to told us my case was in Vermont. As of yesterday, Vermont was working on dec 23 2009 cases and that the whole process takes a total number of of 103months. She also said once a case is at 84months the person can start filling for enquiry.

Actually it does. The difference with centers is when your petition is approved. For some it's a good number of years , for others it's a few months before I 130 approved.

The visa bulletin is for when your priority date becomes current and that's universal across all countries. Embassies schedule interviews based priority date being current and the number of petitioners they have.
NVC collects and checks your documentary evidence before it gets to interview at the Embassy.

You may be fortunate. If they don't have a lot of people interviewing in May you may actually get a date early before your dates becomes current

Based on your being married you're F3 so you have a 13-14 year wait if you check monthly Visa Bulletin

Please I have a question, so let's assume this Guy is married and his children are above 21 (Adults) so what happens?

In my case, my father just received his NVS letter since 2007. So we his children now Adults cannot enjoy anything from this now or in the future if his immigrant status is approved?

I don’t know o. Got my welcome letter in January. Didn’t get the welcome letter until my priority date became current in January this year. You got your welcome letter before your date became current obviously.

Well the priority date status doesn't apply to me cos I am an immediate relative (spouse) of a US citizen. I started the process April 2018

NVC has different centers in the United States, so it depends on the center your file is taken to. Mine is in Vermont

If you were still under 21 no and single now then yes you benefit immediately. You see spouses and children under 21 are considered priority way above others aside parents of USCitizen.

Explain what the problem is, and send copies of the correct birthdate. Just make sure you get yourself straightened out before your interview. Print out the sent letter too, so you can explain to your interviewer so that they will correct your child's date of birth.

Just saw this, but I believe someone has answered your question. Since you are on F4, no worries. Just inform NVC about your name change. And when the kids start coming too.
