Stingy company.whats 50k if I may ask?
each driver that met delivery target and recorded zero accident collected N50,000 every quarter.
(January until March, April until June, July until September, and October until December)
So therefore 50k X 4 = 200,000k
If all employed driver all met the delivery target and recorded zero accident the payout go plenty oooo.

I am really impress to see that the fleet manager is a woman.
Coming from someone in the logistic industry, i know what it takes to manage truck drivers and its not an easy task.
Kudos to Dangote for prompting a woman in an important position as that.!
Nice one!

So that what will happen?
So when you drive recklessly feeling you won't die even if you cause an accident like most truck drivers do, with this, you'd be at the face of the accident directly and would die too!

How many truck drivers have you seen that died as a result of accident caused by their bad driving? Because they are the "top of the situation"

Those trucks have been a real menace on our roads.

To curb the recklessness of these drivers, I propose that the driver cabins of those trucks be lowered and placed in front of the first set of tires like luxurious buses.
Meaning what? you are not making any logical point now.

that's not possible because trailer engines are located at d front, while dt of d luxury bus is located at the back

Since you refused to understand my proposition, I will shred it into bits for your elucidation.

1- Lowering the driver cabin and placing it in front of the front wheels will erode their survivability in the course of an accident and hence their reckless attitude on wheels.
2- At a lower cabin level, their field of road vision is wider and most of the attendant blind spots are greatly eliminated thus reducing the "run-over" associated with them.
3- Their supremacy attitude fortified by their survivability in the event of an accident will vanish as their position in front of the first set of wheels confer on them little or no protection against crashes .
