Bro which of the embassy did you go for your interview.
Can we discuss on phone son that you will hint me on the things I need to know.
Thanks

I went to the Abuja Embassy, I had been denied at the Lagos embassy back in December though, i would try to add a little bit of that part of the story when I am posting my interview transcript, hopefully when the status has been changed.

Umm, about discussing privately, i think its better you ask whatever you need to know on here, there will be someone who knows better than I do for sure, there are so many gurus in the house trust me, most of the things that helped me I got it from on here by reading peoples views and comments and filtering it to know what you neer and what you dont, no one knows it all, no man is an island of knowledge, i hope you understand bro

Congrats kinibd!

Thanks bro, although i hope its not too early to wish me that, still on Administrative Processing as at this morning so just keeping fingers crossed and its a good sign that you used my beloved Arsenal team to congratulate me and most especially my favorite Aubameyang(his goal saved us against Watford, our away form always scares me and i was glad we didnt drop any points after that game).

Congrats on the successful visa interview. Did the VO take down your sponsor statement? Don't forget to post your interview transcript for other students it may encourage.

We are contacting you today to confirm your interest in the fall and inform you of the following conditions of your acceptance.

As you may be aware, we offers Bachelor’s Completion programs designed for learners who have an associate’s degree or some college credit already completed. This means you must have some college coursework completed prior to your full-time enrollment .  You are conditionally accepted  with the expectation that you will successfully complete 6-9 credits of college coursework at an institution of your choice, including enrollment in online courses we offer during the Summer 2019 Semester.

If you are interested in pursuing your acceptance , we can enroll you in online courses for the summer semester in preparation for your Fall 2019 attendance full-time on campus.

Summer classes begin on May 6.  The registration deadline is May 12 for summer A half-semester courses and May 19 for summer full-semester courses.

If you choose not to enroll in the online courses during the summer semester, you will need to provide proof of college-level courses in progress from a regionally-accredited institution to confirm you have met the conditions of your acceptance and are eligible to enroll in the Fall 2019 semester.  We must receive this proof by May 6, 2019.

If you are an international student who requires support for F-1 visa status to study in the United States, please remember that you must submit your initial I-20 request with all the required documents by July 15 (in order to enroll in programs in Fall 2019 after your required college coursework completion this summer).

please help!!! I don't know what to do

Did you apply as a transfer student .... the school is expecting that you would have started university somewhere else, have taken some classes and you must have done this before you start with them in august

Plus fall starts in August so like in May you are expected to take some online classes with them. So this has to be done before August. .... no mention of fee?. How much are these online classes you need to ask. Be careful with this. If you enrol this Summer and spend millions it doesnt mean you will get visa oo. And if you dont then what happens to money spent

That all this is saying... what exactly did you apply for ?

Target other schools immediately....

That's a decision they can't compromise for you unless you have the requirements which is expected of you and to be submitted before May 6.

Look into other schools and make sure you have the requirements before applying.

Best!!

It seems you did not meet their coursework requirement but they admitted you because they feel you have the potential to do great.

Now, I don't think you should be scared about this because it is a common trend. In most cases, I see this trend with people that are switching careers with a master's degree.

I have friends in Carnegie Mellon, Georgia Tech and Texas A & M University that were asked to complete some coursework prior to being enrolled. They all did so during the Fall 2 and summer semesters just before they resumed fully. During my time, I also took some extra coursework to meet the admission requirements for one of my ambitious targets.

So, if the $$ is not a problem and you really want to attend that program, you should take the extra coursework with no qualms.

Always remember the target audience..... he is an undergrad student..... not Msc or pgd.
His academic requirement shouldnt be more Sat, Toefl and Ssce at the most

Studied Food Science & Tech. Started as a QC officer. Got promoted after 2 yrs to the Document Control Manager & I have worked in the company for over 5yrs. It's a Food Company by the way.

Hi, can you paint a better picture? Your undergraduate degrees. Years of experience in the job roles. Type of business of your current company. Perhaps, people are not talking because u also haven't said a lot.

The only thing I can say is, u don't need an MBA to start a food business. You should prepare a better response in case d VO asks.

Yes, I know he is going for undergrad, and that was why I told him I have mostly seen such cases for master's students. In simpler words, his case is rare but if he likes to attend the school, there is no harm in doing additional coursework. After all, high school students take advanced coursework to get an edge and enter their dream colleges.

I guess I answered your question earlier. You don't have to mention the HRM concentration. "I'm going for an MBA" is enough.

Also, you can tell the VO you are trying to leverage the degree to attain leadership roles in your industry. That is a great way to connect your current experience to your post-MBA goal.

Those responses should be fine and you shouldn't have any worries.

The only problem I see is the financing part but try to prepare a great response for that. I'm also assuming you took the GMAT/GRE. If you didn't, that might be another area you should try to address.

Otherwise, you're good!

Since you were issued I-20 for Spring Semester before and it was not stated there, I will suggest you contact your course coordinator or admission advisor to explain to him/her that you don't understand the content of the message because you had been issued I-20 before and you want to know the reason for the sudden change of your application. You can scan and send the I-20 and Admission letter they sent to you for the Spring Semester as evidence of your request.

I think you will get a clear and better explanation for the change of application by doing so.
