BRITISH COURT: NNAMDI KANU VERSUS NIGERIA

The Nnamdi’s Case versus Federal Republic of Nigeria has been slated in a court in the United Kingdom on the 29th of April, 2019.

Nigeria’s legal representation will be expected to make appearance at the hearing and trials of this historic case.

Many paradox box and hidden secrets which were initially not made known to the Nigerian people will be uncovered under oath.

And the legality for demanding for one separate country out of Nigeria will be tested. All Nigerian laws that supported the calls for self-determination in the country will be tested.

All international treaties and conventions both at the international and at the regional level which Nigeria is a signatory to will be invoked.

What amount to acts of treasonable felony within the context of the Nigerian criminal code system?

Why the South and the North be run on criminal code versus penal code system if the country is truly a united federation and why the federation created by the British should not be urgently terminated?

Why the amalgamation document of 1914, if such document existed, must be presented in the British court on the 29th of this month in the UK and the legality of such document and its contents having any legal effect of the law binding consequences further on the remnants of the succeeding generations who are now the victims of such evil amalgamation?

And whether the independence constitutions and the subsequent ones, are subjected to the popular endorsement of those who were referred as Nigerians via a fallout of an outcomes of popular referendum.

All self-determination and separatists in Nigeria must develop vested interests in the case between Nnamdi Kanu and the federal Republic of Nigeria, later this month in the United Kingdom and be ready to take their stand over the fallout of the case in question.

Our problems as a people started by the British in 1914, may also be finally be settled in the British court once and for all.https://m./231885870563316?view=permalink&id=751576608594237

The Royal Charter didn't give Nigeria the 1999 Constitution. Nigerians did for themselves.
The Royal Charter didn't create the existing 36 States for Nigeria, The Nigerian Constitution did for Nigeria. A State is a Statte. And so you don't create RESPONSIBILITIES for social and economic management of a State and at thesame time remove The AUTHORITIES to carry out the Responsibilities. Let the Nigerian 1999 Constitution RESTORE URGENTLY and without further equivocation, Full Autonomy of Policing, Resources and Electioneering Control to the 36 Constitutional States.
Biafra has been fought for and lost and doesn't exist in Nigerian Lexicon anymore.
The 1999 Constitution which Nigeria is presently operating prescribes provisions for amending it. Such provisions must be followed and applied with Decorum and Justice and not allowed to adversely affect the Natural and Fundamental human and tribal Rights of any Nigerian.
The law is made for man and not man for the law.
Lord Lugard succintly described the three major Tribes in his Memoirs. These Descriptions are timely and relevant in dispensing spiritual Justice now.

A Case Senario:

A Father of 36 grownup Children decided to be collecting his Children's 36 Pay-Packets directly from their Employers. In return, the father gives the Children tokens of their earnings to live on. He even sends his own espionage to investigate his Children's Advancements. The question is, when will the 36 Children grow up and make progress for their own education, skill-acquistion, social and economic life?

When...
(1) societal exposure and peer experiences as well as friends and colleagues' influence, re-orients one if not some or all of the 36 children such that they will realize they are being taken advantage of, as well their human rights abused by their father.

(2) one if not some of the children finds his way off their father's grip, either by a family member offering to take him(them) away or any circumstances takes the child away from home. The child/children will realize independence.

(3) the father is being confronted by his family members, friends or articles that will cause him to turn a new leave and let his children have their way.

(4) the father passes away. His demise may or will break his domineering shackles off his children.

The Ball really is in the Court of The Legislators(States and National). Either they sit down and agree with themselves, without equivocation, to make the Exclusive List Inclusive to the 36 States or amend the Constitution outrightly, and as prescribed by the Constitution, to pre-structure the 36 States.
