And again, I discovered that the year I inputted for my o level is coming out differently at the summary page, I'm seeing 2019 whereas, 2019 was not even in the years programmed on the form and so I couldn't make final submission.

You can get medical cert anywhere now.. Walk into any state or general hospital.
