Italy is a very competitive and strong league... serie À lost its recognition around 2014... remember the inter Milan and AC Milan of those days with juve and the likes of Roma and napoli serie À was great but these Days they are weak no doubt as for French league they got their weight upgraded from 1.5 to 2.0 in 2017 this was solely because of Monaco's performance in the champions league that year so they are still not considered a top flight other leagues like eredivise, primeira liga still operate with 1.5 |
