Not hating but I saw some of his goals, he wouldn't score them if he was in premier league

Ndidi does the same thing. In fact he is way worse than Onazi in the keeping shape department when it comes to the SE. Go watch our last 2 matches, he was always in the oppositions box. Onazi always sat back I can only admit that his short passing let him down at times but saying he didn't keep shape is false.

Is Onazi's tactical indiscipline even a topic to debate on? That is his primary fault and he needed the kind of lesson Rodgers is giving Ndidi to know that his job was to shield and when it came to distribution, keep it simple.

[6] Ogenyi Onazi was better but he lacks the physical presence of an anchorman. He also lacks the discipline. Look at the goal again and you will see that he was in Burkina Faso's half when we lost possession. He should just have sat in front of the back four.

Do you remember the incident between Mikel and Onazi in the Friendly game in 2014 where Mikel got substituted?

What caused that rift was Onazi's indiscipline of leaving his defensive role and dashing forward. It got to a point that we lost the ball and Onazi was not in position. Mikel expressed his frustration in Onazi's actions by refusing to go after the ball. Thus showing the harm Onazi was causing but Keshi responded by removing Mikel for his deliberate action of not mopping up Onazi's mess.

Ogenyi Onazi – The deepest of Nigeria’s midfield trio but was mostly caught high up the pitch. Badly exposed his defence, and missed what was Nigeria’s best chance of the first half. Lasted the entire duration of the game probably because he was captain in the absence of Mikel…..1.5/10

c'mon don't tell me you don't know the symbolic relationship between nigeria coaches and egunge...

give them the job and begin to see list of players you never expect to see in training let alone in the line up.
nigeria coaches team selection is questionable...most Nigerians are not patriotic...few place the country interest way above theirs.

so forget amuneke. ..I understand..that he is a tactical genius but you know....fairness and transparency is key to team building...that's what have been helping ROHR even though he is tactically deficient

looking for a corrupt free Nigeria football official is an exercise in futility.
we should stop deceiving ourselves....
explain to me why is that boy being benched? same thing played out when Lateef was in the under 15 tournament even though he often score or assist in the few matches he featured...but the coaches still benched him... probably to help those less privileged kids according to Goodjoe... get clubs abroad

Onazi was very poor at keeping shape. Like very very poor, Ndidi is poor too but that doesn't mean Onazi wasn't

Fairness is Rohr inviting 50 players to camp and 3 only keepers, thus no competition for the top three keepers of the team. That does not seem fair to me.

It was a staff of Rohr caught on tape receiving cash money.

It was Rohr that was caught on tape when a player(Ighalo) signaled him to let him into a game.

I think Rohr’s skin has been his benefactor than fairness. If not, the way he left Onyekuru out of the team for so long defies logic.

I am not saying Rohr is that bad but I feel everyone can be criticised but our local coaches get criticised unfairly. If Salisu's incident happened under a Nigerian coach, the uproar would have been too much.

What you did here is equivalent to Racial Profiling. You prefer to deny a man a job based on the actions of unrelated people.

We need the tactical input and play to make the Eagles fly. If Amunike has it, we will do ourselves a big disservice not allowing him.

you're trying to indict rohr...in salisu mess....

was rohr in charge of the WAFU/home based afcon team?
was he the one that was heading the team....when the greedy coach salisu took bribe...?
was he the one that asked the man over 40 years to go take bribe....
salisu is not rohr staff but NFF staff...the football federation employed him...they pay him.
rohr staffs are the fair skinned guys he employed and pay from his salary.

on ighalo signaling rohr to let him come into the game.... that's normal. any confident player can do that....there was no shots or part showed on camera where he bribed rohr. also rohr left out Onyekuru on tactical reasons he explained....

so far I doubt...I repeat I doubt if any nigeria coach can be as fair and transparent in team selection like Rohr

Yusuf has denied that the money was a bribe, describing it as a 'token', and Rohr has now come to the defence of his assistant

"I saw the video, and I saw what happened," Rohr told KweséESPN. "From my experience, Salisu is an honest man.

"Those people just want to make trouble, this is people just trying to catch some people," he added. "Salisu does not need that money, he is a victim of this situation."

there have been several allegations of cunning players from their academies all because of the proceeds to get from their signing. ...

so far so good...have you read any of such allegations as regard rohr ever since he started coaching the super eagles....?

I did not say top notch. Keep in mind, his selection is not much different from Salisu before his arrival. What helped us is the rise of talents recently that indigenous coaches lacked. Rohr has tried but over praised for doing not more than Salisu would have done.
