Hi good people. Please I have few questions to ask as intend to now go on this journey. I'll appreciate your advice
1. I speak French language so for the crs do I have to write ielts and TEF?
2. If I don't have write TEF how would it be known that I speak French (as an advantage in the pool)
3. based on the above information, whigh province would you advice? Ottawa, Quebec or just Alberta. This is important to me cos albeit I'd like a French environment, I'm also concerned about cost of living et al cos I'll be going alone with a child.
Thanks in advance

Does it matter whether anyone has used it or not? It's the requirement for WES ECA. Scratch card is not just not compulsory, it won't be accepted. The only option is the form and this is stated clearly on the WES website.
thanks

I want to thank everyone it's been a journey. I registered for wes as far back as 2014. But one lost interest until dec 2017 when we had fuel scarcity.. no light no water no fuel.i just got fed up and encouraged my wife. Who later became the PA.

To all those who are looking for something like this, the God that did this for us, will do it for you in Jesus name. Amen. The PPR was a good Easter present for us.

I took time out of nairaland after aor to relax, because the journey is not for the faint hearted neither is the cost but all in all it will end in praise

Congrats to you and your family

Hello Fam,

I would like to ask about proof of sibling relationship. My sibling is in Canada. Unfortunately, my parents never collected birth certificates for both of us. I just happen to have my mom's very old passport that states that my sister is her daughter. Now I need an official government document that states that I am her (my mom's) daughter. Is there a birth and death registry in Lagos I can apply for a birth certificate from? If not, which official document can i apply for now that will aid me? Please help.

Oh! I guess this is a very recent information, because previously WES insisted on un scratched cards. Thanks for the info

You can send the paper waec card bought online. They will not reject it.There is a form from WES for WAEC where you need to fill the scratch pin and number so it is not mandatory that you buy scratched card. This information is clearly stated on their website

You can send it yourself by courier. I helped a friend send his own scratch card and WES received it. However, you may need to contact WES and inform them that the scratch card was sent with the WAEC documents and then chill for their response. It is highly unlikely that they will not see a document that was sent to them.

NB: I hope you sent an unscratched card? If you sent that paper for checking result that WAEC sells for 700/800 Naira, they will reject it. It must be a proper scratch card with the unscratched silver covering.
