I am glad that you "personally" saw your presiding officer carry out this transmission. Please can you explain graphically how the "card readers" are/were configured for transmitting the results of the 72 candidates? or Was it just PDP and APC results alone that were transmitted. Can you also educate us if such configuration also took account of voided votes?
