It is not about not being prepared or something went wrong. There have been some discoveries around Examination malpractices, such as impersonation(Which is so much). Jamb is actually trying to get those who sat for somebody's exam and others. So that is the major reason why the result is delayed. It was even discovered that one person sat for 64times for different people.
