Barcelona has just won the Spanish La Liga back to back, and it is the 26th time in their history and for the fifth season on the bounce. 

Barcelona wrapped up the 2018/19 La Liga title as Lionel Messi came off the bench to score the winner in a 1-0 victory over Levante on Saturday that could be the catalyst for treble success.Messi helped his side dominate La Liga from start to finish – the Catalans have been top since week 14.

And Barca still have the chance to lift two more trophies, with a Champions League semi-final against Liverpool and a Copa del Rey final with Valencia to come.

As much as I love Messi and barca. I really pity the team. Barca could not even score with their first 11 against a 15th place Levante only Messi came on. The team needs to look for a plan B ASAP. And I suggest barca sends Messi on loan for about 2 seasons it would help the team to know their strength outside Messi and also to enable Messi conquer another league and stop Ronaldo fan boys from saying trash any longer

To me, i think the better way is to exclude Messi from the team selection in most matches where they are to play against weaker teams.
Barcelona cannot afford to loose Messi as long as he's still active.

So you'd prefer Messi to be benched and become rusty when he doesn't action?. And they would always be tempted to use him when they are stranded.

Sending him on loan would make them achieve the purpose of going at least a season without him

Ehn now. Let's be honest with ourselves barca can't sell Messi at least for the next 5 years. So the only way they can help him and help themselves in the process is by loaning out for a full season. So they can test their post-messi strength and also Messi can know his post-barca strength likewise. And if he conquers wherever he goes to that sigma of not achieving outside barca would be erased. I suggest barca loans him out in the 2020/2021 season

How would you compare barca with juve. Juve was already conquering Italy before Ronaldo. 8 leagues on the bounce. But on the flip side barca was second fiddle to Real Madrid before Messi became a first team player. Messi helped barca become the team they are now. Ronaldo hasn't contributed anything new to juve. Now that's the difference
