This is the only way small businesses can grow and become employers of labour thereby reducing unemployment.

Over taxation kills businesses when you take a loan to start up such business.

Imagine taking a loan of 20k at 12% interest monthly, the local council daily collection will amount to 5% of the capital monthly, touts will do their own and the cart the foodseller rented is paid for daily. That's what most street traders and market people go through daily.

OP, BTW that's Ghana's V. President not finance minister.
