Where are the Bank security officers? A customers car is supposed to be protected until he finishes every transaction
Who are the protectors?

I trust a condom for protection than a Nigerian police

The Bank is not liable.
For example if rubbers attack a bank and a customer is on a queue to deposit cash, as long as the cash hasn’t exchange hand and gotten to the tellers position- I.e the cash is still with the customer when the armed rubbers snatched it, the Bank isn’t liable.

The Bank is only liable on duty of care, which has to do with bodily harm to the customer within its premises as a result of a fault from the Banks end such as bad facility, or collapsed building, electric shock etc

These Car could have been packed outside the Bank and not within.

As someone said, hide your valuables where it cannot be seen, so it doesn’t attract criminals.

Plus if you’re driving from one Bank to another, I.w you withdraw from one bank to deposit at a near by bank, be extra cautious when leaving your car. I’m speaking from experience!
You're so daft, so what is job of security personnels in the bank premises? The bank through the security man/men Manning the premises should be able to tell what happened to the car otherwise they're the first suspect.

Bro, it's not ROUND UP, it's ROUND OFF. There is a huge difference between the two, look it up.

Meanwhile, don't be in a haste to pick the speck in someone's eyes, while ignoring the plank of wood in your eyes.

Handle your inadequacies and weaknesses before tackling that of someone else.

Don't we pray enough? Is everything about prayer? We are the most religious people on earth but the most dubious.

We all knew, the notice boards are even there to remind you. But I'm just wondering where were those security that normally direct bank customers's cars?

Its only zenith and first bank I know that have functioning security agents.

The rest are idiotic banks that don't care about the safety of customers or their belongings.

How can you employ security agents that are only concerned about the inside happenings of the bank?

Most don't even look like security agents with authority. They look like cowardly, lanky, hungry looking residential gate men.

Armed robber banks.

That doesn't look like the 'boot' open there. Since when do people start keeping money in their bonnets? Since It's a toyota, they're probably brainbox vandals.

Maybe he's lucky to have come out in the nick of time.

Psoul:
If there are ppl around, the robber may pretend that the car belongs to him. pretend that he can't find his key. Even ask ppl around and how he can break into his car. Forming that he is in a hurry to meet up an appointment, decide to break the small glass which he can easily replace.
Before they could understand what is happening, the criminal must have done what he wants to.
May God help us

Cars are parked at owners risk
If the bank doesn't have signs clearly stating that "cars are parked at owners risk", they are liable for the damage. That's law 101.

The fact that you are a bank security (as depicted in your comment) doesn't change the fact that the guy you quoted is right.
