Please I need good and affordable flight to London or Birmingham.

And also things to carry.

First time traveller

When are you travelling? Am going to Coventry via Birmingham in a week or 2.. Emirates in my research has the lowest price for one way. You can get a flight with 2hrs layover.
We can travel together if u like, send me a mail

Second interview is usually very intense and rigourous.

I was asked the normal and basic questions from my first interview.
I explained my study gap, work experiences, salaries from various jobs till date.
My future plans
How I got the funds(be ready to explain the source of income if you were assisted)
More details about my course, course modules(mentioned everything) most important one to me.
More details about my school
The course modules that will help in my future plans
Accommodation plans.

Make sure you don't memorize. Understand your circumstances and enjoy talking about them.

Second interview is not for unprepared applicants. Very intense.

congratulations! please did you submit any documents to back up your study gap years? if so, like what and what documents?

Hi I just saw your post, have you made up your mind on what you want to do? I did exactly this... my story. Mine was different because I had previously schooled and worked there. Mu tuition fee was 12900, I got an alumni discount of 3225 and scholarship of 2000 which was 5225. So I had 7165 I think. I paid 3000 for my CAS which by the way all my saving left so I had 4165 to pay. For my money in my account I couldn't get any one to lend me without interest so I paid 8% interest which amounted to almost 420k if I am correct and then you have to pay for your Visa and health sub charges. I had to also pay for priority which pained me. By the time I was going after booking my flight I had less than £500 in my account. I was going to stay with my friend for sometime to help me save cost but she ending up charging me £140 per month which was understandable as she was paying mortgage and bills.

My journey... so I got in touch with some of my old employers and none was willing to give me a job. Anyway, I luckly got a job which paid £9 but only kept me on for two weeks, not sure why. So I had to start looking for another job. For me I was thinking it would be easy to get a job in my field since I had schooled there before but that was me dreaming. Anyway I ended up going back to work at a factory i worked with when I initially got to notts.

nestly £4500 is a lot of money to pay one

Good morning all, please gurus in the house Can need help on this. l got admission in Nottingham Trent university and my school fees is 10,500 GBP, was given a 3000 GBP waiver which reduces the school fees to 7,500 GBP. I am required to pay 3000 GBP before a CAS number will be sent to me. My plans is to take a loan and pay the 3000 GBP for the CAS. And my question is will it be possible for me to hustle there n pay for the loan, remaining school fees which is 4,500 GBP and my living expenses.

Honestly £4500 is a lot of money to pay especially if you are going to pay rent and take care of yourself I did pay the tuition fees on my own but got £1700 from my folks. So I paid £2465. I moved out my friend house 2 months later and got a place of £250. The school is lenient and would allow you to pay as many times possible but before June I think. I cannot say its not doable but it is definitely not easy.

For me, I would say you should rethink your option. I wish someone told me about the emotional and mental trauma it would cost. Don't forget that you would have school work deadlines and also depends on what course you are doing you might not have enough time. If the UK gave like a 2 year post study Visa I would say go maybe you can get people who would lend you and then you would pay back but £4500 in a city you are new too....

I wish I had done my research , probably would have not have gone back and that is only because i feel I didn't get anything out of the system even after all the stress except you have an "after I finish uni plan". My after I finish uni plan didn't work out.

Please guys, which of the Visa center is better to chose when submitting your document Abuja or Lagos?

And has anyone used the super priority before, does it have any positive effect on your application? @Justwise and other Gurus in the house please I'll glad to hear from you.

Please Sir. Can you tell me the name and post code of the factory you worked with. I will be really grateful. Is the job near the city centre or Brackenhurst?

Abuja & Lagos are the same. Choose the one closest and most convenient for you.
Superpriority means you get YES or a NO in/around 24 hours after submission.
All applications are treated on their merit.

You are paying IHS.
Use the calculator on the website.
All Tier 4 applicant don't have same rate.
Standard rate for Self Sponsored Student is £300 per annum.

It is advisable to prepare, and do well in the future interview. Otherwise, even a Super-priority will not help.

By the way, if you have ever had a rejection, it advisable that you choose standard application. Otherwise , you may pay for priority but it will still take a long time, because of your previous rejection.

Most 2years UK Masters programmes are usually with Placement... That's 12 or 15 months course work and 1ur or 6months internship. There are lots of universities that offers such courses.

Usually internship is like a normal job and you will be paid mind you you're a student worker. I don't understand what you mean by; ' does it affect visa outcome'

You're not the designer of the course, if i understand your question, applying for a course with internship wont count against you.

Ok, thanks. You got my question correctly. I was thinking it might have a negative impact on visa issuance cos d VO might think you want to use the extra year for your benefit when there are alot of courses which have a year duration.

That's why your intended course of study must have relate with your previous study. And you should be able to talk about the benefit of the placement to your career , your future plan.

Listen to me very carefully here.
I am talking from experience.
Internships do pay- yes.

Problem is: It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for you to get the type of internship that pays (that you are talking about).

Let No one, I mean no one deceive you. You are very unlikely going to get a ‘blue collar’ internship placement. You may not be able to get into industry, because you are very much likely lacking the required competencies and certifications.

Working in Care or Retail or Hospitality (all such temp ‘student jobs’ are not considered Internship.

Be careful. Very very careful. If you can, please mention (here on this forum) what your proposed course is, and what your expectations are. You will get good advise from folks.
