Last year's sit-at-home, they promised it would be 100% compliance but everywhere was free and markets all over the SE was opened for business aside some parts of Onitsha and Aba which you know are flash points in the SE.

This year would be 0% compliance for IPOBians because people had seen the fraud and scam that Nnamdi Kanu is, have you asked anyone in the SE if most bother with radio Biafra these days? Most people don't because they now believe that it is a lost cause mismanaged by the greed of Nnamdi Kanu.
