The constitution is clear: there are 2 types of Nigerian

Nigerian By birth and Nigerian by naturalization

Every Nigerian can vote but not every nigerian can be a Nigerian President.

There is so much wrong in that comment that I don’t even know where to start.

There are many who were born before the plebiscite that voted. You will need a census of voters based on age grade to ascertain Nigerians and Camerounians votes.

Too bad, so even Atikuchukwu's Cameroonian brothers and sisters rejected him. Atikuchukwu lost by 167 to 187, Buba Galadima lost his polling unit for Atikuchukwu disgracefully by 3 votes to 750, Obasanjo lost his polling unit. Ilorin Mesujamba Bukola Saraki too lost everywhere in Kwara. Atikuchukwu won only two states out of the six in the North East he claims to be from. Yet Atikuchukwu is claiming he won on INEC Server which has only APC and PDP votes while other parties votes are missing.

Being born before the plebiscite doesn’t mean you’re not a Nigerian just that you’re not qualified to be a Nigerian president.
