what I know is that whatsapp notifcation will pop for 3 secs, then disappears....I think an update should have fixed it

Was preparing to buy the Note 7 Flash Sale of the Note 7 for 48K on Wednesday but seems Jumia is no longer going on with the deal. I'm not getting this phone any sooner because I don't have enough money for the phone. Unless Atleast something good happens or a good Samaritan completes the money for me. You need to enable individual lockscreen notifications for all apps or for selected apps according to your choice.
