Actually, anytime it happens to me on my previous devices, I'd off 4G network and launch the game with 3G, (it won't launch of course)
Then close the game, and on 4G
Relaunch the game with 4G.

Or

I'd launch the game with a different network (WiFi or my 2nd network carrier)

Those 2 strategies always work. But not in this case. I've done the two time so numerous, all with no success.

Be patient. You can't compare them with Jumia Express which also delays sometimes depending on your location
