Y u dey buy just one glass? Buy more than one na, the importance of having spare tempered glasses can not be over-emphasized.
Pls wat is the importance? I really want to knw...

because if I place an order for it nw, before that one reaches Nigeria or damages, different types of Tempered Glasses for RN7 wouldv flooded Roadside shops in Nigeria. Sellers must make Dat happen since the fon is now sold in Nigeria. So exactly wat is d importance of ordering more than one?

One man's meat is another man's poison. All the devices have used so far are always in SUPER mint condition before selling or giving them out. No single scratch, scruff, dings or marks. Like 99.5% excellent condition. I can't stand scratches or even slight scratch on phones. It irritates me.

The PO always have my back... They even gather all my items and await my arrival. The store is saying it will get to me soon. That's just one of the 3 items I tried using small packet. One arrived after 50days. The other is still not here yet too. I was there on Friday to collect
8 items... The problem is not from the PO my brother... If it doesn't land, I just claim back my money and place it again using China post airmail or the regular standard shipping. That's why I don't always advice Small packet personally.

Reddington:

Sorry about that, man. Never experienced such. Are you sure it's not in the PO all this while? Have you checked? Some PO attendants hardly notify people.

And what is the guarantee that they will on time before your phone gets scratches or takes a slight fall? Is having a spare of something that important bad?

You have a spare. That is the importance.
It is not compulsory. It is only an advice.

It is not advisable for someone ordering for the first time to use china small packet and that is what we are trying to say here. What if the order doesn't arrive or are you telling me that all china small packet items will eventually land? My first experience with china small packet, the item landed after 6 months. I will never advise someone ordering for the first time to use it. Re the cost of shipping being higher than the item, this is where you have to search and search to get a better deal from another store that fits within your budget.
You've a point. He's a new user and it's probably better to play it safe. That said, it's still a matter of laying out the options for him and telling him what's involved in each of the options, and then allow him to make his choice. Not painting the shipping method black from the start. He could have a different "luck" like me.

Just the way I like to use my Device. One could argue my phone was just bought... No scratch or dent in it, except the screen protector, which I can always change...

What's with this "Don't use China Small Packet... Whatever that's not trackable"! You guys are making it look like a big deal. Last year alone, I ordered nine (9) items using China Post Ordinary Small Packet shipping, and I got each and every one of them in 3 weeks at most! I've made 3 this year already. It's all about choice. To me, it doesn't make sense if the cost of shipping an item is 200 - 2000 times higher than the cost of the item itself. Go for a different and and trackable method if you want to, but don't make it look like China Post Ordinary Small packet shipping (or anything untrackable) is a scam. They deliver... Besides you can always get your refund if for any reason, you didn't get your item.

He is a first time user, at least he should start by building his trust in the platform. He can then decide to play around with it.

They are rolling out band 3 gradually, but I will suggest you get a MIFI for the time be. Browsing with WI-FI is even more battery friendly.

Well.. Read through the discussions from the last 2 pages of the thread and make your choice, bro. It's your choice to make. I personally have never experienced any issue with China Post Ordinary Small Packet.

These shops you just listed may have staff who have never heard of Xiaomi before. After my experience yesterday, nothing fazes me. That shop at Robinson Plaza in Warri is a Raya care store. I was there yesterday, the girl there had never heard of Xiaomi.
