Koralords:Exactly!!! Being a fan is just much more than winning, the passion to follow your team, the adrenaline you get when you see them play (and have the possibility to win)....is more than enough for any proper fan. Winning is just the cherry on the cake. |

So, when they call club fans, this one will fall out... Smh... Africans don't understand what being a fan of a club entails... It's through thick and thin. Real fans see their club relegated, support still, and eventually return with them to promotion... It's shameful when I see Nigerians changing clubs and jerseys season to season... No sense of loyalty whatsoever. Imagine former United fans jumping to Real Madrid, and now Juventus... What will they do when Mr. Six packs retires?.. Or those following a bald big spender from Spain to Germany, and now England... Any way, we know real fans... Let plastic fans keep embarrassing themselves... As if the trophies won add any real value to their personal lives. |
