Hello sir and madam,

I have an interview appointment at the USA embassy for my B1/B2 this Friday May 10. But my passport is still with another embassy. I submitted it for schegen visa. Please can I do? Can I still attend the interview without my passport? Please I need advise

Good day guys, so my mom was granted visiting visa into the USA last year to visit my elder sister, she was given 2 years which will be expiring in January, I was told that when she wants to renew the visa in Dropbox January that she has the option to attached a kid (me) I’m not sure how true this is and the procedures, please anyone who has answers to this?

No update on my appointment schedule page, when I track with my passport number it says no update also. Is this normal? My friend said she got hers in less than a week in Abuja. This is my first time using Dropbox. What do I need to do? Or should I just wait? Thank you

People have been going for interviews, but no transcripts. Yet they keep asking questions.

How then do others learn?

Truth is, there are some egocentric loners with an over inflated sense of self-worth on here.

They believe they can say anything to anybody at anytime without empathy....even some go as far as validating rude remarks & unpleasant commentaries.

They throw their ego around at any slight opportunity.

Kudos to the few good guys who do it right here, even as they try to curtail illegal info/moves that put the reputation of the country in a bad light.

Guys drop transcript o...even if you don’t see comments you really need to see, take the correction constructively & with hope.

Some of them have bad/not too good profiles (silent readers inclusive), and when you point it out they get angry instead of sitting down to listen and adjust. Their plan is to come back and maybe shame you after the interview, if they get refused, they’d (except for a few smart ones) rather die than come here to see if at all there’s “healing” or at least to hear some truth they can work with and build on.

my brother is at d us(citizen), my Mum(68 years) wants to visit him and I want to apply for her. We want to make use of the option “Travel companion”.
I applied personally like 2yrs ago but was denied, am married with 2 kids and have a business here in Nigeria with Dubai travel experience.
The things that have changed about me are(1) My business has expanded and (2) I now have 3 kids, (3) traveled to Saudi
I have another brother that works with FG with Dubai travel experience, he has applied thrice (1) 3 years ago, (2)9months ago (3) 6months ago with his family(wife and 3kids) but was denied all throuugh. He just arrived from Saudi Arabia 2weeks ago which is the only thing that has changed about him . My questions are :
(1) Can we use the “Travel companion” option.
(2) who has d best chance to apply with Mum.

What is travel companion?
Please don't spoil mama chance... let her apply alone and she does not need any companion to travel anyway, I trust the U.S Embassy to give mama visa and refuse the companion, you will only be issue visa on your own ''ties'' and info.
