Look at the image below the difference is in their frequency range. Now Xiaomi stated the Redmi Go has band 28, but I have put two 4G Sims in that phone no 4G reception. But once we put the Sims in her Nokia 2 Viola 4G is there.

Just a little longer maybe the batch your phone is with have arrived yet. It happens atimes. Last year people ordered stuff mid-November and it arrived late January these year. With shipping anything can happen it can come extremely fast or painfully slow.
