hello guys.... My family and i had our F4 interview on the 19 Of march ...and the Visa Officer said everything is good that but requested for an I-864A form to be signed by her husband since our petitioner files tax together with her husband along with our passport....which we submitted on the 26th of March... We just got an email(April 29) from the UsTraveldocs Document Collection centre... That our passport is ready for pick up... But what is confusing us is that can the Visa be issued without the CEAC visa tracker changing to Issued Please i will appreciate your contributions.. @stancima @pretty16 @ oladeep |

Good morning guys, I really appreciate your responses. He eventually travelled and he didn't have any issues at the Poe. We also got a mail from them that says that some visas are now issued via the new electronic process, and so won't be required to carry any other sealed packaged. Hello Good day to everyone on this thread... As you all know am still on our visa case ... We had my F4 Interview and the consular officer said we are all good but we need submit a signed I-864A form along with our passport... So today my MuM who is the principal applicant , Her visa status changed from Administrative Processing to Issued.. But me and My Brother who is the derivative Applicant visa status changed from Ready to Administrative Processing yesterday and the date was updated today... My question is why are they delaying our Visa issuance?? Since we are one Family are we not meant to see Issued together?? Please I will appreciate your advice! Thanks. |

frankele: Just Chill. Sometimes family stuff don't always come together. Some visas might get printed before others, but it will eventually be printed. Unless any unforeseen circumstance, which in ur case I don't think it will be so. As long as theres no fault and you didn't do anything in the past that could jeopardize your immigration process, it will be printed. |

Hello, just got an information that I would want to confirm... Normally, a permanent Resident filing for an alien spouse to come over to the U.S. takes about 2years to materialize... Please, does it still hold this same principle or has it been extended...?? ‘Cos someone relayed to me that it’s been extended.... Or what’s your Opinion..?? |

Hello everyone, Nvc expedited our F4 immigrate visa case due to the fact that my sister would soon age out, and said they sent our immigrate visa application to the U.S consulate/embassy in Lagos for their action and they would contact us soon to schedule an interview. On the 7/5/2019 on the Ceac site our case shows READY, that our case is ready for interview when scheduled at the US consulate section. I would like to know 1. how soon the interview would be scheduled for expedited case or can we schedule interview ourself ? 2. If we would be given time to do our medicals or can we go ahead to do medicals. Thank you. |

Wilsub: You should recieve your letter soon, dats if you've not received it already. Am guessing we are in the same category( F3). My PD is feb 12 2007. I already submitted all documents more than a week ago. Don't know how long nvc takes to review.. |

IrepChrist: It depends on how fast your petitioner and you can gather all documents and send to them. In my case after getting the letter, took us about a week plus or 2. And I was the one who delayed cos of one of my sons passport. |

richhills: They will send you an email. You should work with that. The physical letter will get to u a month later. We had competed and submitted everything before I even received the letter through post office. Be checking your email constantly. Even my interview letter, I had already gone for my medicals before the physical letter from post office came. Thank God for technology. Those days of waiting for letter from post office, that is how ppl missed their interview date , either because of lost mail, or one evil neighbor receives it and decides to block your movement. You hear a lot of crazy stories about how ppl who won greencard lottery were deprived of travelling because of one evil neighbor  2 Likes |

I am F4 and all my documents have been accepted by NVC since Jan. 30, 2019. It's up to 14 weeks now and i have not heard from NVC for complete case or check list. Is there anyone experiencing such a delay? By the way my PD has been current since Feb, 2019. 1 Like |
