Icon79: Umtiti is more athletic, but Lenglet has a better understanding with Pique Besides Umtiti is one of the top defenders in the world, no comparison |

KPOM! We all like Barca because of Leo Messi but I won't forget that the football club hasn't really been great for African players. Samuel Eto'o was their best striker during his time but that didn't stop Pep from running him out of Barca. #JustSaying O pari andrew444: 1 Like 1 Share |

I don't think Chukwueze should go to Barcelona. Especially if he's going to be adapted to the left wing. No. Worse case scenario he stays at Villarreal. 1 Like |

Chukwueze should be wise in making career decisions, any minute spent on the bench is detrimental to his career I go still remind una about that Galatasaray boy, Ozonwafor |

tbaba1234: It wasn't close because he joined EPL in the summer but he still went ahead to score a goal with three assists. He would had scored and assisted more if he started the season. Facts That was a high standard for someone who at most scored 3 goals in Ligue 1. He used to score 4/5 goals for Marseille in all competitions not only in Ligue 1. Let that be stated clearly. Why didn't you tell us about his stats after he left Ukraine for Turkey? He scored a goal and had 4 assists in all competitions in Ukraine. We still saw Taiwo played in the UEFA champions League group stage at 28. In Turkey, he scored three goals and had 6 assists. That was when he was 29. How can someone who scored three goals with 6 assists wouldn't make the Turkish league? He wasn't sold. He had issues with the Turkish federation because of transfer issue hence his work permit was terminated. How does that look like fading away? This was what Late Keshi wanted us to believe. Taye Taiwo didn't fade away at 26 for those who followed him until he joined a club in Finland when he was 30. You said Mikel Obi is still playing at the highest level. Is Chinese league better than the Turkish or the Ukrainian leagues? Ps: Mikel Obi left EPL when he was 29. It doesn't mean he can't still play.

Nna, maybe I am still confused but, for some reasons, I feel that Barca played better than they did against Liverpool even in those PSG and Roma loses. I felt that they were just unlucky not to score in Paris and Rome. And I can remember that Barca was denied a legit penalty in Rome as well because there was no VAR at that time. But I can't say the same for what happened at Anfield last Tuesday. They were played off the park including the first game. Liverpool where unfortunate not to score in the first leg and dominated Barca, if not for Messi. The second leg proved there is only so much Messi can do by himself. Barca’s old guard with the exception of Messi where exposed. Their lack of pace and creativity was stifled by Liverpool pace and creativity due to diversity in their side! Barca has no major African and South American presence of note! That must change if they want to keep up with the bests in Europe. The tournament can only get tougher to win next year. PSG will improve and they will have a healthy Neymar (if he stays) and a more experienced Mbappe. ManCity will improve and Pep would definitely prioritize Champions cup next year. Real Madrid will improve. And Liverpool would improve as well. And if Antonio Conte moves to Juve, that would make them a contender as well. O pari andrew444: |

andrew444: From Enyimba or something, I can't think of any top club in the top five leagues with a starting defender of 19 years that's because defenders deal with maturity and experience How can he get the maturity and experience when he sits on the bench? |
