It's advisable to buy doctor best 120,000 spu, the higher the spu the better. Since you're taking it for the first time, start with one capsule first, to know how your body will react to it then increase gradually, depending on your capacity and how you react to it. The more you take the faster it works, if you take it in smaller doses it will still work with time, what matters is the quantity and quality of the serrapeptase. There are some sellers here in the thread here, they will respond when they come online or you can order from Jumia.

Ewo! I assumed OP is a female asking about Male Infertility for the husband. I recommended Manix and Vit E for the Male (Husband). Asked further question on the Vit E which I answered and then went further to say she should also take Vit E 1000iu herself as a female from start of period to ovulation because it will help put her uterus in a good shape for implantation.

1. Vit B Complex (buy from any Pharmacy / Chemist) a small cup goes for about N300, that's how much I bought mine at a Pharmacy recently.

2. Eat plenty raw cabbage daily. You can eat like that or make into Coleslaw to make it more palatable

3. Ewedu leaves boiled without Akanwu/Kaun/Potash.

You can also add Vit E 1000iu from start of period to Ovulation. Stop after ovulation. It helps with hormonal imbalance and supports uterus for implantation.

These apart from the normal costly Bromo et al are the things that Mamas here have successfully used to resolve this.

You need to see a doctor, some test ( hormonal n stuff) will be run before drugs can be recommended.

She adviced not to buy from Lag market because of fake, saying that most pharmacist and Dr recognised it power but because it is a traditional medicine they tend to shy away from it.
If I ask you to go to Ijora, it is to meet my sister who is a link to buying, I am not selling and neither is she ( some mama can confirm this). The last time futuremoma34 requested that I buy for her, I gave her my own extra packs because mama said they have not supplied her.

However, if you stay around Igando, Ikotun, Egbe, Isolo, Ilasa, Ago and environ, I can do pick up for from ijora, you then come to my place to pick it at Jakande Estate, Oke Afa, the popular gate bus stop. I do not have money to give to you but this I can do very well.

Please the mama that asked about Omoniyi Powder, my sister asked mama and she said yes, omoniyi has powder. that both Omoniyi and Omoyemi came up as a result of a disagreement between brothers when their father died. According to mama, it was only Omodara their father produced but when he died, the children split and so we have Omodara, Omoniyi and Omoyemi. People outside their family are also using the Omo name to produce tonic but mama said she has been only Omodara at her maternity home.
