Don't do that often, li-pol batteries, as used in most smartphones these days, don't take extremely low or extremely high (internal) voltages well. It's recommended to always keep your battery between 20-80% for best longevity.

More like doing that triggers full cycle. Battery usually have between 400 & 500 charging cycles before their capacity drops to about 80%. Doing full discharges often will make you lose some of your battery capacity quickly.

Also note that if you're charging partially, you're also using part of the cycle, just that two 50-100% charges doesn't necessarily mean 1 full cycle, it could be three or four times before it counts it as a full cycle.

Just my layman explanation.

Number of cycles left, isn't quite the same as battery depreciation (which I was warning against); depreciation is the rate at which you lose cycles left. E.g. plenty of heat will quicken the depreciation of your battery and leave your battery in a poorer condition than if you used it in a cooler place. That's the kind of effect the voltage thing has. There's a reason why some manufacturers (laptops too) include settings to limit the maximum charge of your battery, it's for the sake of longevity.

Friends please advise me on what to do, I know there are people here with years of experience on this issue. I ordered a screen calibrator from aliexpress, after 3 weeks the package arrived, I collected it from post office but to my greatest disappointment, the calibrator was already broken in the package when I opened it. I took a picture of it and send it to the seller but he's yet to respond since morning, should I give him more time or open a dispute? I'm confused please advise me.

Yes, heat destroys battery, but using to 0% had nothing to do with heat.

Heat arises when charging at high voltages quick/unregulated chargers, charging your phone under hot conditions, using your phone under hot temperatures, charging and using your phone etc.

So you're not wrong, but using till 0% relates more to discharge cycle than heat.

I wonder why people use cheat for this game. The game is very playable and enjoyable without cheating. And to say the game is not difficult is simply an exaggeration, bro; there are some missions that you'll play over 50 times repetitively.

Charging to 100% or to 0% (or close values) stresses the battery. This will make it depreciate faster than if you didn't do that. That's what I'm trying to say.

Okay o. I agree with you. I don't have strength to argue cool

Moral of the discuss, don't use your phone to 0% before charging (only once in a while) and don't charge your phone under high temperatures.

It's obviously not on normal usage, probably the phone was just lying around for half of the time.

That aside modern snapdragon chipsets are very power efficient when used with Wi-Fi

How do you drain battery pls, is it to use it till its zero percent or let it go to zero percent in it's own.
sorry for the ignorance

Use it till it is low then charge switched off. But don't make it a habit tho. I only do it when I get a new phone or I install a new update and I notice some unusual battery behaviour

Max Payne
Oddworld stranger's wrath
Beach Buggy Racing 2{my favorite}. This game has a lot of improvements over its predecessor. This is an explosive game now— as in, the game is very rough now grin lots of bombings, crashes, explosions, and crazy voodoos. You will surely enjoy it albeit it being online.

I think so too. And network often flunctuates especially when browsing so it seems that's what is causing the phone to heat up.

You have gotten the cause of your phone heat-up. Battery graph might show that the radio signal is okay but from real-time usage response time when you are browsing will also tell you if the network is okay.
