Good evening all, hope the day went well? Please what's the best way to fix the attached pic, got home Sunday and car refused to start, got info from a friend and he said I should tap it. I did and car was on but thereafter like two more kicks, it won't come on again until I tap it. I'm thinking of replacing the attached pic alone. Pls advise, thanks.

Except you're just lucky, you can't get a good car for uber using 500k. Please keep your money before you regret

I saw a very clean EOD for 600k but I don't know how economical it is since I'm the person driving myself.

Thanks

So I paid my rental last night, and partner asked to see me

Got to his house, and oga started begging me that he wants to start driving it himself so he needs to terminate our contract grin

Has anyone experienced this before?

That is your kick starter, give it to a technician to work/replace it.

I was told with good maintenance that's not a problem. That it indicates before it pulls out.
Apart from the boll joint, what do you recommend pls?

That's d point & draft u r not getting and doesn't want to slow down to digest anything, like you have ready made answer for everyone like a programmed robot... Your minimum net is 3k huh? One man's treasure is another man's trash, if no one is stepping on you it will b absolutely wrong to step on them. But let's face it for what it worth (Public airing), folks once peg 7k/day as minimum and have a big dream up in dia head like you do wit your targets, but uber/bolt prolly due to balancing stability kept shifting & adjusting dia goals, from 7k to 6, 5, 4, now we r @ 3 which is ur minimum and a feasible angle for you to actualize your goals, like I told Fahrenz d previous reduction won't be the last, just as the latest won't b d last till your minimum get to 500 naira, you sob & think of bail out, try to air your mind and someone crawl up and tell you to get a life, you have been on the wrong job for d past 2 years and how lazy u r not to be able to multiple your 500 naira turn out to generate your 3k minimum.

Just a thought for ur soul, Imagine dat!

Once read ur post on how your are on the same level with site engineer... The next door woman sells sugar, Dangote do sell sugar as well does not mean they r on the same level, I don't do level stuffs, cos life is relative and no one knows tomorrow. Please face your hustle, if u r on a message to prove a point, best believe you can't toy with everyone intelligence, I stopped exchanging words on dis matter with peeps dat doesn't drive, but easy to say what is obtainable, maybe deh should hop into d car and drive for a week or get dia loved once to break dia back to show the whole word some ppl r just lazy.

We truly leave in a resilient country, where deh expect us to accept everything like zombies without questioning or fight back. Do a reality check and ask 10 partners about dia experience, 7/8 will tell u deh regret buying dat car for uber/bolt, so who is fooling who?

Those 10 partners do not speak for all the partners on uber/bolt .. The only regret I have is hiring a crazy, bleaching, stealing manager.. But it is part of the learning curve, when you are new in a business, people will take advantage of you..
Let the young man enjoy doing what he is doing.. Uber is for young guys out there ... I support him and at least he is not robbing people out there... now if uber is slavery what do think about those people hawking stuff on the hot sun everyday, how much do you think those guys are making... am sure guys like that if given the chance to do uber.. They will jump at it with no problem ... I will rather be doing uber than hawking stuff under the hot .. Let the young man do him...

If all the money you have is what you're using to buy the EOD then I think you should save more because they will be repairs to be done. Steering, ball joint etc.

As long as you're driving it yourself, you're good.

At this stage, don't ever invest lump sum in Ehailing. You will cry. Last last.
If I have 2Million to invest and I see a clean car of 500k, i will go for the 500k car.

Don't ask me why. grin

My earnings with Uber daily is 3000 net minimum. Weekends we earn double or even more. At the end of the week, we have something tangible.

It seems most Uber drivers here are retire bank manager, that is the reason 20k weekly seems nothing to them.

"Retire" indeed....
