I want to ask sir, if 4 bedroom flat in a straight form like the one you just concluded can seat on a 50 by 100 plot of land. Guess room, living room and dinning side by side. Thank you sir!

Actually your building plan will determine that.
But based on experience the said land will accomodate it.

Plz sir, educate me on this issue bothering me. During roofing a house, does the carpenter need to place the wall plates hardwood on all the walls or only on the external walls? Thanks

It depends on the structure, in most cases not all partition wall required this, but all external wall must have it.

. Ok. It's a 3 Bedroom bungalow. I was thinking maybe there wouldn't be need placing it on the internal walls AT ALL.

What was the thickness of your over site concrete and do you think a 75mm thickness would be too bad for a bungalow?

150mm is the standard but 100mm is not bad in other to save cost due to your pocket

Then It’s not German floor.
