Yoruba socio-cultural group, Afenifere, on Wednesday, rated the President Muhammadu Buhari administration low in addressing the nation’s security challenges.

On Channels Television’s Politics Today, Yinka Odumakin, its spokesman, decried the state of insecurity, stressing that the citizens may lose the country to bandits.

That's scary. Sometimes, I wonder how porous the South is to the North. Don't forget 70% of okafa riders are from the North. If the south tries a policy of control the number of okadas on the road, it would spike crime rates. I think it's already late because there was no policy to control usage of okadas. Northerners who couldn't find jobs up north and lack no discernable skills ran down south to do it. I don't blame them. They obviously want to work and chose something to earn a living.

The problem is the South is absorbing the inefficiencies of the North at an alarming rate. The northern leaders don't even care or notice as long as there children go to ivy league schools and get juicy jobs. I hope policy makers and elites read Naira land. These are issues and can be a time bomb.
