After your school has confirmed your deferred admission, send a mail to embassy with a copy of your deferred acknowledgement from your school. Embassy will definitely reply you on the next line of action.

Are the 5 schools requesting for the motivation letters? It's better you go through individual sites and confirm the ones that need it and the ones that don't.

Motivation letter is a sure way to boost your chances of getting an admission. Even if the school does not request for one (which is rare though) a smart student should write one for a better chance.

I don't know what that grade stuff is referring to, but most likely your cgpa.

Total ects possible in Nigeria system is 240 ects

Your completed ects should be 240 as well

I don't think you can be rejected for that reason. Show the VO the scanned copy, and let he/she know the original will soon get you.

please if its possible send Bremen a mail for scanned copy of your admission don't wait for post mail .
Also most department in Bremen issue out admission by first week of June starting from June 1st formally approved is that you meet the requirement if your course is not restricted then you are 90% sure of the admission
