Thats true but i have not heard of "Anuoluwapo" what's the meaning? but according to a twitter user who first tweeted the news before it spreads throughout the whole internet by name anambrafirstson@paulookoye said the girl's relatives all from Anambra state.

My friend Emeka, when he lost his dad few years ago he changed his surname to his late fathers name, which was innocent, I have another friend too he their dad refused them bearing the normal family name, instead the bear their fathers name as surname.
