Dear Oluwasola Afolabi, based on your application with Mornach international online, you have been shortlisted for a job briefing/test on Wed. 15th/05/2019 by 8am at Emiloju House, beside 7up bus stop, Monatan, iwo road, ibadan. Go along with your CV.‎

how real is this house?

Hello, did you attend the interview?
I also got an invitation too, but mine is coming up on 17/05/2019.
Please give me some details.
Re: How To Identify A Scam Interview Invitation by Megajoy514(m): 8:26am On May 17, 2019
Dear xxxxx xxxxx, based on your application with Mornach Consultant, you have been shortlisted for a job briefing/test on Friday. 17th/05/2019 by 8am at Emiloju House, beside 7up bus stop, Monatan, iwo road, ibadan. Go along with your CV.

That was the message I got after checking online for the name Mornach, I could only find one mention here on nairaland (the person was also making an inquire about the company).

So, I decided to check it out. On getting there I was interviewed and was told that the name of the company is Omoh Apex Solutions Limited. They are into health care consultancy/management bla bla bla.
At the end of the day, it turned out to be drug marketing (GNLD kind of...).

Immediately after the first interview I searched for the name of the company here, and boom!!! the secret was revealed. The same Omoh Apex Solution Limited disguised to be Mornach Consultants or Mornach International to lure unsuspecting job seekers into their den.

I'm typing this right inside their "office"... LOL

I deserve to rest a bit after traveling down here (almost 2 hours journey and wasted transport fare).

I will jappa right away.
Thanks for reading.

Omoh Apex = Mornach consultant or whatever.

THE TRUTH ABOUT syncrev careers aka pillars consults aka finpillinc.com.ng, or simply put, any training scheduled to hold in 2, Chemline house, Ikeja .... I got the same mail as you guys inviting me for a training, i came on nairaland but couldn't find substantial info to ascertain their genuity, so i decided to go. Guys, those people are very organized, like a proper interview setting, the interviews, the trainings, the environment, etc. honestly, you would not suspect a thing! i remember praying so hard that they call me back for the day2 training, lol, i was called, some weren't (lucky for them).
On our day 2 training, after spending hours listening to boring lectures, around 9pm, the so called Deputy MD came and congratulated us that we have been accepted to resume the job, she implored us to get training materials (for the job, since we would be reading a lot of books to go assignments and blah blah), for N4,800, which most of us did. the people that didn't pay were rejected. fast forward to that weekend when i received a text and a cal from them to come with my documents to process my offer letter... PAUSE: offer letter wey they never discuss salalry or job description gangan... i sha packed my docs and submitted.. that monday, the MD came and told us that entry-level for the job is N120,000, but we wey siddon never reach entry level, so we gats work hard to be able to earn that amount... hmmm, FINALLY FINALLY, the Deputy MD now came and started talking about being an employeepreneure, she said the company partners with various businesses paryicularly Neo-Life... in mi mind, HA! GNLD!!!!!!!!!! issokay, i remained calm... even if the job was genuine, shebi you would allow us collect offer letter first, and start working in your company for few months b4 you introduce us to your partners??... okay, she now said that we should pay 40k to register as a partner, hehehehehe.. she even added that the people that paid right there and then would be opportune to work directly with her in her office, come and see the way some stupid people jumped up and paid!... she later asked the rest of us that didn't jump up to go and visit the so called Head of operations to make financial commitment, issokay. when i got there i told him that shingbai i no get, i told him that since the company has employed me already, at the end of the month they should remove the 40k to reg me with GNLD and give me my change... guy stared at me for about 2 seconds before finally saying "oooookaaay"... that was the last time i stepped into the compound, and they no born them well make them call me back....those people that paid don't realize that syncrev has no job to offer, the koko is the GNLD business.

my advice: you can either stay at home and apply to proper jobs or hatch your business plans, or go work for syncrev and spend the next few months or years in servitude. bless!

Re: How To Identify A Scam Interview Invitation by kayceelittle(m): 1:16pm On May 21, 2019
MULTIPLE WEALTH SOURCES IN REAL ESTATE AND PROPERTY BUSINESS.

If you lived through the recent real estate and economic recession, the very headline of this article might cause you some emotional pain. Less than five years ago, the country was swept with an economic crisis likes of which our generation had never seen. It felt like the market would never recover. Fast forward a few short years and now massive wealth is being built through real estate.

Cash Flow: Cash flow is the money you have left over from the rent you have collected after all expenses have been paid. Most real estate has expenses such as a mortgage, property taxes, insurance, maintenance, and property management fees. When you buy a property that pulls in more rent each month than the expenses you carry to own it, your cash flow is positive.

In the majority of investments (stocks, art, jewelry, bitcoin etc) you are hoping to buying something that will appreciate in value, then sell it later for a profit. In some it forms of investing (buying a poorly run business, for example ), you may be buying something that produces income and hoping to improve that assets performance in order to increase its values for most, this involves too much work and is undesirable. What we are left with is the subconscious understanding that to “invest” is to buy something you believe will be worth more Later. If this is based on sound principles, it can work. If it’s not, it’s really more like gambling.

Wise investors don’t bet on appreciation. They purchase properties on a sound judgment that the property will generate more income than it costs to own. For these folks who “cash flow” positively, they don’t care what the market does. If prices rise, they have more options.

Appreciation: That said, appreciation, or the rising of home prices overtime is how the majority of wealth is built in real estate. This is the “home run” you hear of when people make large windfall money. While prices fluctuate, over long run real estate values have always gone up, always, and there is no reason to think that is going to change.

Example if you buy a property for #200,000 and it appreciates to #220,000, your property had made you a 10% return. However, you likely didn’t pay cash for the property and instead used the banks money. If you consider that you may have put 10% down (#20,000), you actually have doubled your investment, a 100% return.

Depreciation: Even though the name can be deceiving, depreciation is not the value of real estate dropping. It is actually a tax term describing your ability to write off part of the value of the assets itself every year.

Example Imagine if a farmer bought a tractor for their business. That tractor is only going last for a certain number of years until the farmer needs to purchase another tractor. So the IRS (internal revenue service) be it state or federal allows the farmer to deduct a percent of the cost of the tractor from their taxes each year of deduction to offset the income the property is producing for you, helping to save money over time. How awesome is that?

Forced Equity: is a term used to refer to the wealth that is created when an investor does work to a property to make it worth more. The most common form of equity is to buy a fixer-upper type property and improve its condition.

Example of this would be adding a third or fourth bedroom to a property with only two, adding a second bathroom to a property with only one. Opportunities like this can be found with a little bit of hard work diligence, and the resulting forced equity can make a big impact on your bottom line.

Leverage: leverage is the concept that you can pay for something without coming up with the full cost. For real estate, you can use leverage by taking out a mortgage to buy a property and only put down a fraction of the real cost. Even though you only put down a small portion of the purchase price, you are still entitled to all of the benefits.
