1. Eat Healthy
If your baby is not getting the vitamins and minerals it needs, it can cause learning disabilities, make it more difficult to learn to speak, can slow down development of motor skills, and even cause a lower IQ. Eat those fruits and vegetables!

2. Skip the Stress
Babies feel what you’re feeling. Early on in your pregnancy, too much stress can cause congenital malfunctions of the brain. Don’t even let this news stress you out.
