Timaya has waded into the arrest of Naira Marley by the Economic And Financial Commission (EFCC), saying that the singer somewhat contributed to his arrest.

Sharing a video on his page, Timaya said that power lies in our tongues.

He gave instances of how Dagrin died after singing about death and other artists that equally suffered an ill-fate after singing against themselves.

Putting more clarification to his statement, Timaya pointed out the part the Rapper, Naira Marley was arrested in his newest song "Am I A Yahoo Boy" before he was arrested in real life.

Naira Marley who's now facing an 11 count charge of fraud, risks 7 years in jail if convicted.
