nope it isn't.... snapped it with gcam portrait mode, then click edit while viewing the images from the app, you'll see color pop, just click on it.

you need new gcams (portrait mode pictures only) , color pop is inside google photos, you can readjust focus, change the level of background blur, editing options plenty
