Even if you don't find the SIM ejector tool in your package, you can also use an office pin, a bent paper clip, or a safety pin to eject the SIM tray.
Alternatively, you can head on down to YouTube, and search for "How to eject a SIM tray".

Those PO guys can be funny you know. The dude just wants you to grease"their" palm.

When I went to pickup a Max 3 early this year, after much banter & the PO guy realized I was no JJC to buying gadgets on Aliexpress he admitted it's an in-house thing & is expected to get something from me.
