Bluffly:You're generalising, most communities want development and jobs, what they agitate for during development is jobs on site |

nengibo:We that are on ground are generalising and you that is hundreds of miles away is telling us that 9/10 isn't factual. 10/10 of the community leaders, youths and traditional rulers in the Niger delta prefers cash to development. The youths would rather kidnap foreign health workers for ransom rather that receive free treatments and drugs. I have been involved in building clinics and we have to settled the community leaders and youths before we were allowed to start work on clinic which was provided free for them. |

nengibo:I am on ground in Umuahia. All the guys from Niger delta are in unison in agreeing with the article, but someone who probably had never been to the Niger delta (not the political Niger delta) is arguing. |
