Please, can I use the previous SOP for the refused visa application and make some vital additions in respect to the reasons for refusal Or should I put up entirely new SOP?

Please I need info on things I need to do for visa grant for me, my hubby and 3kids. I'm going with family cos that's the only way I can focus on my studies.

From discussions with my supervisor, I may likely get a tuition, living expenses scholarship. With a scholarship, education fee would be waived for my kids. I read that somewhere.

I would only proceed if there's scholarship as the fee is about 84k

I would like to know the following:
1. cost of medicals, biometrics, health insurance, visa application fee.
2.the minimum amount that should be in SO A? Which SOA would I present?mine, hubby or a relative.
3. What can enhance our visa chances?

School is UNSW. Course LL.M by research. 2 yr programme

Were I to be you, I will get the scholarship first. It's tough, so let's not waste time on calculations until you have it. Living costs for all four will be about 20,000 aud, plus airfare for them, plus extra money in the account. Rough estimate of health insurance is at least 1.2 million naira for all of them. Visa application fee 575 aud × 5 . Medicals plus biometrics 41k naira x 5 for all 5 of you. No one can tell your visa chances, we just keep hope alive, as far as you can genuinely show land propertiesssss and jobs or businesses, tax papers that can make you return to Naija

From what I've known so far, I'd say Yes and No. It all depends on the expenses you'd make and the wages or salary you get. Try to sit down and do the calculations so you'll know where you stand at the end of the day.

With the scholarship, you have to provide the following

1. Medicals, 41k naira x 5, biometrics, 8,200naira X 5, Health insurance might be more than 2.0million naira because you have pay for the period of your study at once bfor visa application, one visa application fee AUD 575 covers the whole family.

2. There is no minimum amount for your SOA, put as much as you can because this increases your chances of showing that your condition in Nigeria is good. it is advisable to use your hubby's, urself, mum or dad account for the SOA bc[os u will be asked to prove your relationship with whosoever account you present.

3. The chances are the ability to prove that the family is going to australia genuinely and temporarily. This can be done by showing your present job details, your husband current job and why you want them to accompany you to australia while studying. Also, showing evidence for properties could help.

I hope this info helps!!!

Hello guys. I have been following this platform for sometime but not been active. I applied for my Australian Visa and the process took 4 months. I was rejected at first but no reasonable reason, then my application was sent for a review and this time successful. I want to let someone know that you can apply for a review if you were rejected for no good reason. And also let u know SOP is very important. In fact seek professional help for it. If u want to apply for Aus Visa make sure you are busy with something, work or business. That been said, please who is in Perth alrdy??

Respected Gurus in the house, I seek your opinion and advice on this little, yet complex issue. I recently completed an Msc Degree in public health in England and I was admitted for a doctoral research in Edith Cowan University, Perth Australia. I got my COE on Friday and I'm in the process of making my online visa lodgement. My question evolves around English language test exemptions as I read that student enrolled in a postgraduate research course are exempted from English language proficiency tests as stated on https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing/student-500. Excerpts as follows: You do not need to provide evidence of an English test score with your visa application if one of the following applies: you are enrolled in a principal course of study that is a registered school course, a standalone English Language Intensive Course for Overseas Students (ELICOS), or a registered post-graduate research course. My question goes thus, can I proceed with the submission of my e-lodgement as I fall in the exemption category baring in mind that my Uni has indicated in my COE that I have satisfied their English language requirement or do I still need to write an English test prior to submission. Advice and comments are welcome

You are exempted from English Language test, because if you are not exempted, the school will not offer you COE.

Best of luck in your visa application.

Most people don't acknowledge the fact that University admission processing is different from Immigration processing.
If your school access you and are satisfied you meet up the requirement to study, immigration do not really have the right to question that except may be you have applied to a lower / level 3 institution.

Having said that, you may want to submit a letter from your University in England stating:

Your full names

Program name

Program duration

Language medium of teaching

Most people who apply to an AL1 program also make the mistake of including a bank statement and sometimes end up shooting themselves in the foot. I advise people to wait until asked by the case officer to provide one.
You will never be denied visa on the ground of not providing a bank statement at the time of visa lodgement.

The ball is in your court mate.

Sorry i couldn't back read your earlier post. Not sure what sorta scholarship you are after. There are heaps of scholarships out there for Masters/PhD by research which doesn't necessarily need you to have written publications.
