With the way ladies are going artificial these days, as a guy you may even date your Ex-girlfriend again without knowing.

I'm here trying to figure out what is unnatural about manicure.

Even men do manicures and pedicures, be it in the house or at a beauty parlor. Those northerners that move about with some metals and liquid, cleaning nails and feets of men in public places, that is low budget manicure/pedicure naw. You mustn't add nail polish.
