What if Nigeria adopts the system at which a wife gets 50% of their husbands property & wealth in case of divorce.

How would you react if the government decided to adopt western system of divorce where a woman gets 50% of what the man owns and strict child support system.

I mean it will spell disaster for men who are millionaires and struggling men trying to get there.

cause even in the case of infidelity you can't still kick your wife out of the house because before the law you both have equal share of the house Even tho you build it alone as a man.

so what's your thoughts?

Do you think this will good or bad for you.

Ladies will this give the freedom/equal rights you been demanding

A prenup is an agreement between two people that want to get married. It states the conditions which must be satisfied before one spouse can get a portion of the other spouse’s property/wealth.

Ideally, it is a contract.

So I believe it should be fully recognized in any court.
