Wiki has defined it for you. So I was right in my opinion. Voided votes are votes rejected and wasted votes are votes that have been needlessly added to that of a candidate.

So the constitutional requirement will be decided based on all votes casted for the other parties after subtracting what APC got. If PDP had 180+ and the others had 10,000 combined.
