Yes I found university of Luxemburg. Everything about the course is under review now for cost and the years of study increased to two. the last cost I saw was abt 8million .

Why don't you search for a school in Belgium or France, if you really want to be close to Luxembourg.

You are allowed to work while studying which I think it's fair enough and you can pay your fee with that. So I think that cost the other guy gave was for his own course which is different from Finance and Economics. I wish to apply for this.
