Redmi 7 will certainly get MIUI 11 even 12 and 13 self.

When that list was compiled I doubt Redmi 7 have been released then. As you can see there was no Mi 9 or Mi 9 SE but does that mean they would not get MIUI 11.

To root your phone you need to unlock bootloader but that doesn't mean you must change your rom. Whenever I unlock bootloader I'll first flash in xiaomi.eu rom use it for like a month or so before I try other roms like Pixel Experience, Bootleggers and Lineage OS and maybe CrDroid and Masik... But all these will when I'm done with exams.

Because if you did most sellers offer more than one method of Shipping. The cheapest is what you usually see by default. You are to check choose and apply whichever suits you. My last 2 orders CRA got to Nigeria in 11days, AES came in 12 days

China Post Registered Airmail option requires very little not more than 2 usd or less with tracking option. China Ordinary Small Packet shipping option takes several months in my experience to get to my place with no tracking option.
