Your network is the culprit not your battery

Which challenge actually? Complains from how many persons? Not even up to 5% of those who bought and indicated on this thread that they bought the phone. Which phone are you currently using? I can assure you it's no match for the note 7 in terms of battery performance. It's likely some persons are experiencing some bugs that affect battery life in their phones currently, but that will certainly be a thing of the past in a few weeks to come, plus there are whole lots of stuff that affect battery consumption which include network stability, temperature, screen brightness, hotspot, etc. This whole scene reminds me of the Redmi note 4, nr b today matter.

From the graph you posted, from mobile network signal there are lots of red and brown lines which is an indication of bad network.

When the network is bad the radio(antenna) tends to draw more power to search and grab signal, it doesn't matter if your data is on or off

Finally I like Messymelly, he would just turn up, issue one controversial gist on how Xiaomi is nothing compared to Samsung and boom y'all start replying, insults start flying and the next thing you know, thread moved from page 5075 to 5081 in less than 24 hours... Dude's a legend. He knows how to get this thread to be active, extremely active in fact

It's a good thing you buy all your paid apps bro.

But to correct your assertion, only less than 10% of all banks in Nigeria supports Google pay.

Maybe in 2016, they do. But it was stopped in 2017.

Out of the banks that supports Google pay, ALAT By Wema and Wema itself is there. Their card works on any platform (that's what I use).

Some Access Bank Visa cards works too (not all).

Asides that, the only way to get other cards to work on Google pay is by changing your Google account address to a US address. And by so doing, whatsoever you are purchasing will be in dollars which is quite expensive compared to when you are billed directly in Naira.

9pay by 9mobile also works. I'll recommend that to anyone that wants to purchase apps from playstore.

Now I know why my UBA mastercard wasn't working.

I'll try 9pay then.

Thanks.

you are really a wonderful person, you've taken out so much time to attend to people here. Some people would still come and act like it's their right to be answered forgetting that we all have a life of ours.
I think people need serious lecture about electronics ( smartphones especially).

Just doing my best.

At the bolded, that is the major issue facing some people, instead of learning they turn around to blame the brand.

Even a torchlight phone will experience battery drain in poor network conditions. We will get it right one day with more enlightenment.
